1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ck9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ck9999 account balance in real time. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

5 Betting Rules and Market Settlement

All bets placed on ck9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market and event in question. It is your responsibility to understand the bet type you are placing before confirming it. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Cricket markets at ck9999 — including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and ICC events — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned or no official result is declared, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules displayed at the time of betting.

• Pre-match bets are locked in at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate in real time and ck9999 cannot guarantee that the odds shown will remain available between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed.
• ck9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, where the result was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual leg. If one leg is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at revised odds.
• Market settlement times vary by sport and event. ck9999 aims to settle all markets within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed.

Any disputes regarding market settlement must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the official settlement time. Disputes submitted after this window may not be reviewed.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
